Who is eligible
The benefit is available to clients participating in the Freedom Broker loyalty program starting from the Silver level (with assets of $5,000 or more).

What Nomad Points can be used for
Points are credited to the Nomad Club (Air Astana) card.
They can be used to pay for airline tickets, upgrades, seat selection, and other Air Astana services via the airline’s app or website.

How points are calculated
Points are credited only for buy, long transactions in securities (stocks, bonds, and options):

Standard — no points

• Silver — 1 point for every $70 in monthly purchases
• Gold — 1 point for every $50
• Platinum — 1 point for every $25
• Priority — 1 point for every $15

The total accrual limit is up to 20,000 Nomad Points per client per month, regardless of trading volume. Only transactions with Buy and Long parameters are considered.

When points are credited
Points are credited once per month after the end of the reporting month.
As a rule, they are credited to the Nomad Club card by the 5th day of the following month (for example, January points — by February 5).

What is required to receive points

• Be a client of Freedom Finance Global PLC and qualify for Silver level or higher.
• Link the Nomad Club card via the form on the Freedom Broker website (loyalty program page).
• Enter your Freedom Finance Global PLC brokerage account number — the system will verify the data and activate participation.

Without linking the Nomad Club card, points will not be credited.

Why points may not have been credited

• The client did not reach the Silver level based on average monthly asset balance.
• The Nomad Club card was not linked or was entered incorrectly.
• Transactions included only sales/withdrawals, with no purchases.
• A technical error or non-compliance with program conditions (in this case, the client should contact Freedom Broker support).

Who is eligible
The benefit is available only to Priority-level clients in the Freedom Broker loyalty program.

What the service includes

• Departure: access to the exclusive Extime VIP Lounge in the international terminal of Almaty Airport (Terminal 2).
• Arrival: Meet & Assist service — greeting, assistance with airport formalities, and escort to the exit.

General limit — no more than 1 use per client per month.
The complimentary service is available for one person only per use.

How to use the VIP Lounge / Meet & Assist

1 - Visit the Freedom Broker website and open the loyalty program page.

2 - Complete the VIP Lounge / Meet & Assist booking form, providing:

• the phone number linked to the brokerage account;
• the Freedom Finance Global PLC brokerage account number;
• departure or arrival date and time;
• flight number.

3 - Confirm the request (enter the SMS code).

4 - Wait for booking confirmation — it usually arrives via WhatsApp and/or email with detailed instructions on where to go and what to present at the desk.

Restrictions and important conditions

• The service is provided only with a confirmed booking submitted through the form — simply showing up at the lounge is not sufficient.
• The benefit applies to the Priority status holder only; accompanying additional guests is subject to lounge rules and may be chargeable.
• Only one complimentary use per month is allowed (one departure or one arrival, or the format confirmed at booking).

If you need to change the date or cancel the service

• Changes and cancellations are possible in advance, before the time specified in the confirmation (usually at least 12 hours before the flight).
• You must contact your Freedom Broker manager or reply to the contact indicated in the booking confirmation message/email.
• In some cases, rescheduling may be agreed individually through a personal Priority manager.

Loyalty program levels are assigned automatically based on the size of your investment portfolio. The level is updated at the beginning of each month and is determined based on the average monthly asset balance for the previous month across all Freedom Broker accounts.
