Who is eligible
The benefit is available to clients participating in the Freedom Broker loyalty program starting from the Silver level (with assets of $5,000 or more).
What Nomad Points can be used for
Points are credited to the Nomad Club (Air Astana) card.
They can be used to pay for airline tickets, upgrades, seat selection, and other Air Astana services via the airline’s app or website.
How points are calculated
Points are credited only for buy, long transactions in securities (stocks, bonds, and options):
Standard — no points
- Silver — 1 point for every $70 in monthly purchases
- Gold — 1 point for every $50
- Platinum — 1 point for every $25
- Priority — 1 point for every $15
The total accrual limit is up to 20,000 Nomad Points per client per month, regardless of trading volume. Only transactions with Buy and Long parameters are considered.
When points are credited
Points are credited once per month after the end of the reporting month.
As a rule, they are credited to the Nomad Club card by the 5th day of the following month (for example, January points — by February 5).
What is required to receive points
- Be a client of Freedom Finance Global PLC and qualify for Silver level or higher.
- Link the Nomad Club card via the form on the Freedom Broker website (loyalty program page).
- Enter your Freedom Finance Global PLC brokerage account number — the system will verify the data and activate participation.
Without linking the Nomad Club card, points will not be credited.
Why points may not have been credited
- The client did not reach the Silver level based on average monthly asset balance.
- The Nomad Club card was not linked or was entered incorrectly.
- Transactions included only sales/withdrawals, with no purchases.
- A technical error or non-compliance with program conditions (in this case, the client should contact Freedom Broker support).
