Freedom Holding’s 9‑Month Revenue Exceeds $1.6$ Billion
The nine months of 2025 have been highly efficient for Freedom Holding Corp. This is reflected in the figures: the holding’s revenue exceeded $1.6$ billion for this period. By 31 December 2025, assets reached $12.38 billion, showing annual growth of 25 %. Net profit amounted to $145.4 million. The number of brokerage accounts with Freedom Broker exceeded 800 thousand, which is 21 % more than a year ago. The customer base of Freedom Bank grew by 78 % - up to 4.5 million.
Freedom Bank Receives International Awards from MasterCard and Visa
Freedom Bank has been recognised as one of the leaders in Kazakhstan in the retail of Visa and MasterCard cards. The Visa payment system has awarded the bank with six accolades, recognising: a high level of card tokenization, significant growth in card issuance, effective marketing campaigns, successful engagement with younger audiences, product design excellence and high‑quality customer service. Meanwhile, MasterCard has honoured Freedom Bank for innovation in developing services for entrepreneurs. Today, Freedom Bank is not merely issuing cards and working to increase the number of transactions - it is accelerating the evolution of payment models: moving from traditional plastic cards to digital, scenario‑based and ecosystem‑integrated payments.
Freedom Holding’s Subsidiaries to Develop Fintech Products with Japanese Companies
Freedom Holding Corp. has signed cooperation agreements with Japanese corporations: Kort Valuta Co., Ledax Co., SUMOTORI Japan Holdings, and Arai Shoji Co. The companies will jointly develop fintech solutions and expand investment services available in international markets. The first notable Freedom‑Japan projects are expected to launch as early as 2026.

Freedom SuperApp Reaches 4.5 Million Users
The Freedom SuperApp mobile application has nearly doubled its user base in six months, reaching 4.5 million customers. The app consistently ranks among the top positions in terms of downloads on the App Store and Google Play. Today, Freedom SuperApp integrates not only banking, investment, and lifestyle products, but also public services, its own mobile telephony, an online cinema platform, telecom services, and proprietary media content.
Freedom Broker Secures Licenses to Operate in UAE and Turkey
Freedom Broker Global Markets, the new brokerage company of the holding, has obtained a license from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) to operate in the United Arab Emirates. In addition, Freedom now holds approval from Turkey’s Capital Markets Board to establish a brokerage entity - Freedom Financial Services - in Turkey. Timur Turlov, CEO of Freedom Holding Corp., notes that Turkey is one of the most promising markets for business expansion, and the next step will be acquiring a bank in the country.
Freedom Holding Corp. Recognised as Kazakhstan’s Top Sports Patron
The Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan has awarded Freedom Holding Corp. the «Best Sports Patron» title at the national «Uzdік‑2025» Awards. The holding supports the development of football and chess in Kazakhstan. Currently, for instance, a professional football academy is being built in the city of Karaganda, funded by Freedom Holding.
Freedom Launches Drone Delivery Service
Freedom has introduced a new innovation: drone‑based grocery delivery. The project was implemented jointly by Arbuz, a subsidiary of the holding, and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan. The delivery service underwent a one‑month testing phase outside the city. After achieving successful results, the first delivery drones were deployed in Almaty.
Thanks to Freedom and OpenAI, Teachers in Kazakhstan to Get an AI Assistant
Freedom Holding, together with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and OpenAI, has launched the ChatGPT Edu project - a specialised «smart assistant» for educators. The tool helps teachers plan lessons and adapt materials in Kazakh, Russian, and English to meet the individual needs of each student. A total of 165 thousand teachers across Kazakhstan will receive free access to ChatGPT Edu. The project aims to ease the workload of educators by freeing them from a range of routine, non‑core tasks - such as document management.
