Oracle (ORCL) значительно увеличила инвестиции в ИИ-инфраструктуру и потратила на 55% больше, чем ожидали аналитики, а также объявила о новых контрактах с OpenAI, xAI, Meta (META), Nvidia (NVDA) и AMD (AMD), передаёт Reuters. 


Однако квартальный отчет компании оказался слабее прогнозов Уолл-стрит, что привело к падению её акций на расширенных торгах. Капитальные затраты Oracle в третьем квартале 2025 финансового года достигли $5,9 млрд, что значительно превысило ожидания аналитиков. Технический директор и председатель совета директоров Oracle Ларри Эллисон заявил, что компания планирует удвоить мощности своих дата-центров, поскольку спрос на облачные вычисления достиг рекордного уровня. 


Объём будущих заказов вырос до $130 млрд по сравнению с $97,3 млрд в предыдущем квартале. Oracle прогнозирует рост продаж на 15% в следующем финансовом году и на 20% в 2027 году.


Однако квартальная отчётность Oracle разочаровала инвесторов. После её публикации акции компании выросли на 3,7%, но затем упали на 4% и достигли $143. Выручка за квартал увеличилась на 6% и составила $14,1 млрд, тогда как аналитики ожидали $14,4 млрд. Доход от облачных сервисов вырос на 23%, до $6,2 млрд, но этот результат также оказался ниже прогнозируемого $6,3 млрд. Скорректированная прибыль составила $1,47 на акцию против ожидаемых $1,49.


Аналитик Freedom Finance Global Владимир Чернов отмечает, что, Несмотря на повышение прогноза по выручке компании на будущие два года выше ожиданий аналитиков, участники торгов остались недовольны удвоением капитальных затрат в 2025 году, до $16 млрд, из-за чего ценные бумаги Oracle оказались под давлением. На вчерашних торгах котировки акций компании упали более, чем на 3% и остановились возле уровня поддержки, от которого сегодня есть высокая вероятность их коррекционного роста.
