Dell Technologies (DELL) сообщила о сокращении штата на 10% в 2025 финансовом году и продолжении реализации стратегии по оптимизации расходов, пишет Reuters. 


Согласно годовому отчету, на 31 января численность сотрудников составила около 108 тыс. человек, что на 12 тыс. меньше, чем годом ранее. Увольнения произошли за счёт ограничений внешнего найма и реорганизации персонала.


В 2024 финансовом году Dell уже сокращала штат примерно на 5%. Несмотря на изменения, в работе компания подтвердила свою приверженность принципам разнообразия и инклюзивности, которые ранее раскритиковал президент США Дональд Трамп и от которых отказались крупнейшие технологические компании, включая Meta (META) и Alphabet (GOOGL).


Аналитик Freedom Finance Global Владимир Чернов считает, что на фоне заявления Dell о сокращении расходов на персонал стоимость её ценных бумаг может немного вырасти в цене на открытии торгов на NYSE, по аналогии с реакцией рынка на такие же заявления от других компаний, так как снижение затрат направлено на оптимизацию и повышение финансовых показателей компании. Однако едва ли стоит ожидать существенного роста котировок на фоне данной новости.
