Nike откладывает запуск женского бренда в партнёрстве с Ким Кардашьян

Корпорация Nike Inc. (NKE) и основанный Ким Кардашьян бренд Skims перенесли запуск своей совместной линии женской спортивной одежды NikeSkims, изначально запланированный на весну 2025 года, пишет Reuters.

Проект столкнулся с производственными задержками на фоне высокого спроса со стороны партнёров и потребителей. Несмотря на сдвиг сроков, Nike планирует представить продукцию NikeSkims позже в этом году. Конкретная дата старта продаж, как и детали ассортимента, пока не раскрываются. Известно лишь, что линейка будет включать спортивную одежду, обувь и аксессуары, ориентированные на женскую аудиторию.

Партнёрство с Skims было анонсировано в феврале 2025 года и стало частью стратегии генерального директора Nike Джона Донахью, направленной на расширение ассортимента и укрепление позиций компании на фоне растущей конкуренции с такими брендами, как On и DLULUeckers, отмечает Reuters. Полномасштабный международный запуск NikeSkims запланирован на 2026 год.

Skims, запущенный в 2019 году, быстро стал известен благодаря корректирующему белью, базовой одежде и минималистичному дизайну.

Отсрочка запуска коллаборации Nike и Skims может разочаровать инвесторов, ожидавших роста продаж в сегменте женской спортивной одежды после заключения данного партнёрства, считает аналитик Freedom Finance Global Владимир Чернов. Это решение, вероятно, связано с необходимостью доработки продукта или изменения маркетинговой стратегии, что создает краткосрочные риски для котировок ценных бумаг Nike. Однако если бренд выйдет позже с более продуманной кампанией, это может компенсировать потери и усилить позиции Nike в конкурентной борьбе с Lululemon (LULU) и Adidas.
