Энергетическая компания GE Vernova Inc. рассматривает возможность продажи своего подразделения промышленного программного обеспечения Proficy, сообщает Reuters.

 

Производитель энергетического оборудования из Кембриджа штата Массачусетс уже привлек финансовых консультантов и начал предварительные переговоры с потенциальными покупателями, включая публичные компании из сектора промышленного софта и инвестиционные фонды.

 

Примерная стоимость бизнеса может составить от $900 млн до $1 млрд, однако сделка находится на ранней стадии. Интерес к сегменту программного обеспечения для энергетики растет на фоне рекордного спроса на электроэнергию из-за масштабной электрификации, расширения дата-центров, отмечает Reuters.

 

Капитализация GE Vernova достигла $142 млрд. Только в первом квартале 2025 года выручка от сегмента ПО, включая Proficy, составила $224 млн, что на 9% больше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.

 

Продажа непрофильного ПО-бизнеса позволит GE Vernova сфокусироваться на энергетических решениях (ВИЭ, сети), что позитивно для стоимости акций компании. Сделка может принести $1–1,5 млрд, укрепив баланс и обеспечив ресурсы для инвестиций в «зеленые» технологии, отмечает аналитик Freedom Finance Global Владимир Чернов. Покупателями могут стать Siemens или частные фонды, но завышенные ожидания по цене остаются ключевым риском для акционеров.
