UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) сообщила 24 июля, что в отношении нее ведется расследование Министерства юстиции США по поводу практики выставления счетов по программе Medicare.

В официальном заявлении компания сообщила, что начала исполнять официальные уголовные и гражданские запросы Минюста, и что она связалась с ним после появления сообщений о расследовании. UnitedHealth также сообщила, что начала проверку своей бизнес-политики и показателей эффективности работы с привлечением третьей стороны. Компания сообщила CNBC, что рассчитывает завершить проверку к концу 3-го квартала.
