Калифорнийская компания Lambda Inc., занимающаяся облачной инфраструктурой и поддерживаемая Nvidia (NVDA), ведет переговоры с инвесторами о новом раунде финансирования, сообщает Bloomberg.

В рамках процедуры корпорацию могут оценить в $4–5 млрд. Размещение акций на бирже возможно уже в конце года. Компания провела предварительные переговоры с инвестиционными банками по поводу руководства IPO. Планируемый объем привлеченных средств может составить сотни миллионов долларов.

Новый раунд последует всего через несколько месяцев после привлечения $480 млн в феврале в рамках серии D при оценке $2,5 млрд. На фоне роста интереса к облачной инфраструктуре ИИ компания планирует расширить Lambda Cloud Platform. Всего Lambda привлекла более $860 млн.

Потенциальная оценка Lambda выше $4 млрд подчеркивает инвестиционный ажиотаж вокруг облачных ИИ-решений для обучения моделей, отмечает аналитик Freedom Finance Global Владимир Чернов. Это позитивно для акций Nvidia как стратегического инвестора, подтверждая спрос на ее аппаратную платформу. Однако высокая оценка стартапа несет в себе риски, а конкуренция с крупными облачными провайдерами (AWS (AMZN), Microsoft (MSFT) может ограничить монетизацию.
