Компании Paramount, Comcast и Netflix готовят предложения для покупки Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD), согласно информированным источникам,на которые ссылается Wall Street Journal.

Первоначальный срок подачи необязывающих предложений первого раунда истекает 20 ноября. По словам источников, Warner Discovery проводит аукцион в надежде завершить его к концу года.

13 ноября Warner Bros Discovery сообщила, что внесла изменения в трудовое соглашение с генеральным директором Дэвидом Заславом. Она продлит соглашение с Заславом до декабря 2030 года, если произойдет «смена контроля», исключая продажу Discovery Global, или всех, или почти всех ее активов.
