Freedom Finance Global PLC, a leading brokerage and investment services company, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Binance Kazakhstan, a locally regulated company representing the global Binance blockchain ecosystem in Kazakhstan. The MoU предусматривает exploring opportunities for potential commercial and strategic cooperation focused on crypto-as-a-service solutions.
The potential partnership aims to combine the expertise and technological capabilities of Freedom Broker and Binance Kazakhstan to develop innovative crypto services, as well as to explore additional forms of collaboration.
As part of the proposed cooperation, Freedom Finance Global plans to integrate Binance Link’s premium Crypto-as-a-Service solution directly into Freedom Broker’s technology stack. By leveraging Binance’s infrastructure and liquidity, Freedom Broker intends to create its own branded crypto services. Binance’s Crypto-as-a-Service solution will provide Freedom Broker clients with seamless, end-to-end access to crypto asset trading and management via Binance Kazakhstan, fully integrated into the Freedom ecosystem and bringing together traditional and digital investments on a single platform.
Sergey Lukyanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Freedom Finance Global PLC:
“The signing of this memorandum paves the way for a strategic partnership that will enable the adoption of advanced technologies, the testing of new products, and the strengthening of expertise in digital finance. This collaboration will contribute to the sustainable growth of the cryptocurrency market in the country and create new opportunities for our clients and the market as a whole”.
Nurkhat Kushimov, General Manager of Binance Kazakhstan:
“We are pleased to begin cooperation with Freedom Broker under this initiative. The potential implementation of this project may help expand financial accessibility and foster the development of the digital asset ecosystem both in Kazakhstan and across the CIS countries”.
Catherine Chen, Head of VIP and Institutional Clients at Binance:
“Amid growing global interest in crypto assets, we see significant potential in partnering with Freedom Broker to scale the offering of digital assets to clients and unlock new growth opportunities”.
The potential partnership aligns with Freedom Finance Global’s strategy to develop embedded financial services and build a comprehensive investment ecosystem—ranging from traditional financial instruments to digital assets—within a single, user-friendly platform.
