Toyota recalls about a car in the United States due to a faulty screen

On January 23, Toyota announced that it is recalling approximately 162,000 vehicles in the U.S. due to a malfunction in the multimedia display.

The recall affects certain 2024–2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid models. According to the Japanese automaker’s statement, in these vehicles the multimedia system display may freeze when viewing the camera or show a black screen under certain conditions, which could result in non-compliance with federal safety standards.
