Entry into Force of the New Version of the Regulations and its Annexes

Dear Client,

Effective from June 3, 2026, the new version of the Regulations on the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) of the Freedom Finance Global PLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as its annexes, will come into force.

The preparation of the new version of the Regulations was driven by the need to update and clarify the terms on which the Company provides services related to digital assets. In particular, a new Annex 15 to the Regulations was approved, setting out the procedure and terms for the provision of custody services in respect of digital assets.

In addition, in order to align the Regulations with the Company’s updated approach to the provision of digital asset-related services, amendments were made to Annex 14 to the Regulations, which governs the Company’s services relating to the arrangement of transactions in digital assets.

As part of the preparation of the new version of the Regulations, certain technical and editorial amendments were also made, including the correction of stylistic inaccuracies.
