Analysts have issued a “Buy” recommendation on Sanara MedTech (SMTI) with a target price of $35 per share. The current stock price stands at $21.50, implying an upside potential of approximately 63%. Sanara MedTech is specializing in surgical wound care and tissue regeneration solutions.
The company operates in orthopedics, trauma, spine surgery, and general surgery. The majority of Sanara’s revenue comes from soft tissue repair products, with growing contributions from bone grafting and biological materials.
Freedom Broker analysts believe Sanara MedTech’s strategic pivot to a pure-play surgical solutions model creates a strong foundation for sustained revenue growth. The company is expected to expand its market share in the soft tissue repair segment and broaden its footprint across healthcare facilities through a distribution network covering over 4,000 medical institutions and more than 400 partners.
An additional growth driver is the expansion of the product pipeline. The company is advancing its portfolio of tissue allografts, extracellular matrices, and biologics, and is preparing for the commercial launch of OsStic, a bone-fixation bioadhesive, in Q1 2027.
Analysts also highlight that the company’s BIASURGE product received Vizient’s Innovative Technology designation in January 2026, unlocking access to approximately 1,800 additional healthcare institutions under pre-negotiated procurement terms.
Among the main risks, experts highlight the high level of competition in the surgical solutions market, price pressure from hospitals and distributors, and the need for further confirmation of the clinical efficacy of products and their economic benefits for customers.
Analysts cite the release of Q2 2026 results as one of the immediate catalysts for SMTI shares. The company forecasts revenue in the range of $28.5–29.5 million, representing growth of 10–14% YoY. Freedom Broker believes that better-than-expected results could support further share price growth.
