Freedom Global analysts have proposed investment ideas for the U.S. market for July 2026. Investors are encouraged to take a closer look at the development of artificial intelligence, data centers, and the utilities sector. . The current list is dominated by “Buy” recommendations; however, for a number of names the experts advise holding positions or taking profit after target levels are reached. 


Which stocks to buy

•    Alphabet (GOOGL) is one of the world’s largest technology companies and the parent company of Google, with a market capitalization of more than $4 trillion. Freedom Global analysts set a target price of $400 per share with a potential return of about 8.9%. Read a detailed breakdown of the investment idea.
•    Northwest Natural Holding (NWN) operates in the utilities sector and supplies natural gas and water services in several U.S. states. The target price is $57, with upside estimated at about 5.9%. Analysts recommend keeping funds in the stock through June 2027.
•    Digital Realty Trust (DLR) is one of the world’s largest data center operators, providing infrastructure for cloud services and artificial intelligence systems, demand for which continues to grow rapidly. Digital Realty Trust’s market capitalization exceeds $60 billion. The target price is set at $223, implying upside of 15–15.5%. Experts set the investment horizon through June 2027.
According to analysts, Digital Realty Trust currently retains the greatest upside potential and may benefit from further expansion of data center infrastructure for artificial intelligence.

Which stocks to hold

These names, in analysts’ view, are close to fair value, so further upside is limited.
•    PHINIA (PHIN) is a U.S. manufacturer of automotive components and systems for internal combustion engines, hybrid powertrains, and the aftermarket. The company was spun off from BorgWarner in 2023 and owns well-known brands Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge, supplying solutions for automakers and the service market worldwide. 
•    Burke & Herbert Financial Services (BHRB) is a U.S. regional financial group and the owner of Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust Company, one of the country’s oldest banks, founded in 1852. The company provides retail and corporate banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management services, with operations focused primarily in the Mid-Atlantic states.

For most of these names, analysts advise closing positions once previously set target prices are reached.
•    NextPower (NXT) is a U.S. renewable energy company specializing in the development and operation of solar power plants and energy infrastructure. 
•    Natural Grocers (NGVC) is a chain of natural and organic grocery stores in the U.S. The company focuses on the healthy-eating segment and is expanding its footprint amid growing consumer interest in eco-friendly products.
•    Everus Construction Group (ECG) is a U.S. construction and engineering company working in energy, industrial, and infrastructure projects. It participates in projects to modernize power grids and energy facilities.
•    Electromed (ELMD) is a medical device manufacturer specializing in devices for treating respiratory diseases.
•    Ero Copper (ERO) is a Canadian mining company engaged in copper mining in Brazil.
•    Frequency Electronics (FEIM) is a developer of high-precision time and frequency synchronization systems for the space, defense, and telecommunications industries. The company’s products are used in satellite systems and U.S. government projects.
•    DXP Enterprises (DXPE) is a supplier of industrial equipment, pumping systems, and service solutions for energy and industrial enterprises. 
•    EOG Resources (EOG) is one of the largest independent U.S. oil and gas companies, engaged in exploration and production of oil and natural gas. 
•    Unitil (UTL) is a U.S. regional utilities company providing electricity and natural gas delivery services.
•    ServiceNow (NOW) is one of the global leaders in enterprise software for automating business processes. The company is developing AI-based solutions for managing IT, HR, and customer services.
•    ConocoPhillips (COP) is one of the world’s largest independent oil and gas companies, producing oil and gas in more than ten countries. The company has a diversified asset portfolio and is among the largest hydrocarbon producers in the U.S.
