Freedom Broker Raises CrowdStrike Price Target to $240

Freedom Broker analysts raised their price target for CrowdStrike Holdings (CRWD) shares by $40 and reiterated their “Buy” rating. In their view, the company is becoming one of the key beneficiaries of a new investment cycle in cybersecurity, driven both by modernization of IT infrastructure and the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence technologies.

Price target raised on improved long-term outlook

CrowdStrike is one of the global leaders in cloud cybersecurity. Founded in 2011, the company develops the Falcon platform—an intelligent “shield” that protects computers and servers from hackers and viruses. Falcon brings endpoint protection, cloud environment security, digital identity protection, and enterprise data security together in a single ecosystem.

According to Freedom Broker’s updated model, the company’s revenue in fiscal 2027 may reach $5.95 bn, and in fiscal 2028—$7.22 bn. Adjusted operating profit (EBIT) is projected at $1.48 bn and $1.93 bn, respectively.

At the current price of $206 per share, the new target implies upside of about 13%. The revision is linked to improved quality and durability of CrowdStrike’s long-term growth profile, the analysts note.

What to know about CrowdStrike

In recent months, the company has been actively expanding its AI infrastructure protection capabilities. In July, CrowdStrike introduced new Falcon Next-Gen Identity Security features that make it possible to apply the concept of continuous identity to AI agents.

CrowdStrike’s partner ecosystem is also expanding: in June, consulting firm Grant Thornton Advisors announced the standardization of its security services and managed threat detection on the Falcon platform. The company said the transition will improve the efficiency of security operations and give clients a more complete real-time picture of risks.

CRWD products are becoming a growth catalyst

Demand for CrowdStrike products remains broad, covering not only endpoint protection but also cloud security, identity protection, next-generation SIEM, and vulnerability management. This confirms the platform—rather than point-solution—nature of the company’s growth, Freedom Broker analysts say.

CrowdStrike’s investment thesis is increasingly built around scaling the unified Falcon platform amid accelerating AI-driven modernization of corporate infrastructure.

Artificial intelligence is shaping new growth drivers

Freedom Broker notes that the impact of artificial intelligence on CrowdStrike’s business is already manifesting through two independent vectors. The first is tied to upgrading legacy IT infrastructure and replacing traditional endpoint protection solutions. The second vector is only taking shape and concerns protecting AI models themselves, AI agents, cloud workloads, and digital identities.

According to the analysts’ assessment, these segments are capable of providing the company with additional long-term growth as the use of artificial intelligence scales in the corporate environment.

The company said it is not seeing demand deterioration and remains confident in the previously stated guidance. For investors, this reduces the risk of negative surprises after a strong first quarter of fiscal 2027.

What strengthens investment appeal

Freedom Broker analysts pay particular attention to the vulnerability management segment. According to the company, usage of this product line in the first quarter of fiscal 2027 nearly doubled compared to the same period last year.

In addition, the Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR) offering, designed to detect and respond to AI-related threats, is developing rapidly. In the first quarter of fiscal 2027, usage of the solution rose by about 250% quarter over quarter.

Although AIDR does not yet have a material impact on annual recurring revenue, analysts view this as confirmation that a new product category is emerging in the cybersecurity market.
