Freedom Holding Corp. has become a principal participant as part of one of the leading technology companies LLP Bilim Group LTD.
The transaction has been approved by the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan, confirming compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements and enabling the parties to begin implementing shared strategic initiatives in the EdTech sphere.
The new joint phase reflects Freedom Holding Corp.’s strategic commitment to supporting digital transformation to ensure the high quality and accessibility of EdTech services, as well as to creating new export opportunities for the country’s IT sector across the entire region. As part of further development, investments are planned in promising research, the creation of advanced learning content and methodologies, initiatives to support educators through the внедрение of AI tools and educational analytics, as well as the development of learning personalization technologies.
The development of the EdTech direction within the Freedom ecosystem reflects a global trend in which technologies and products begin to play an important social role and create an opportunity to implement meaningful, competitive initiatives for society, support innovation in education to contribute to the development of the country’s human capital.
