On August 6, Lyft, Inc. (NASDAQ: LYFT) reported net profit of $50.3 million for the second reporting quarter of 2026, compared with $40.3 million a year earlier.
Earnings per share totaled 13 cents, broadly in line with the consensus forecast. Adjusted EBITDA rose 37% to $177.2 million. Revenue for the reporting period increased 16% to $1.84 billion. The number of active users grew 17%, reaching a record high of 30.5 million. Total order volume reached $5.5 billion, compared with the consensus forecast of $5.37 billion.
For the third quarter of 2026, the company forecasts total gross order volume in the range of $5.50 billion to $5.67 billion, and adjusted EBITDA at $183–203 million.
