On August 6, Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET) reported a net loss of $170.0 million (48 cents per share) for the second fiscal quarter of 2026, compared with a loss of $50.4 million (15 cents per share) a year earlier.
Adjusted earnings per share were 29 cents. Revenue for the reporting period rose 36% to $696.1 million. Current remaining performance obligations (Current RPO) increased 35% year over year. The preliminary consensus had called for adjusted earnings of 27 cents per share on revenue of $664.7 million.
For the third quarter, the company expects revenue in the range of $736–737 million. For full-year 2026, Cloudflare plans adjusted earnings per share of $1.25–1.26 on revenue of $2.864–2.870 billion.
