Cerebras Systems (NASDAQ: CBRS) raised its 2026 revenue and gross margin forecasts amid strong demand for its specialized artificial intelligence processors. The company aims to benefit from the ongoing expansion of data centers that technology companies are building to train and run AI models.

Cerebras now expects adjusted full-year revenue in the range of $880–890 mln. The previous forecast was $855–865 mln. The company also raised its gross margin outlook to 41–43%, signaling a more favorable view of its business prospects.

Demand for Cerebras chips is growing particularly quickly from companies expanding computing capacity for artificial intelligence workloads. The company is trying to compete with Nvidia by offering a fundamentally different approach to processor architecture — the Wafer Scale Engine, a massive processor built using nearly an entire silicon wafer.
