On August 19, Lowe's Companies Inc. (NYSE: LOW) reported net income for the second fiscal quarter of fiscal 2026 of $2,399 billion ($4,27 per share), compared with $2,398 billion ($4,27 per share) a year earlier.
Adjusted earnings per share were $4,40. Revenue for the period rose to $25,96 billion from $23,96 billion a year earlier. Comparable sales increased by 0,2%. Preliminary forecasts called for adjusted earnings of $4,22 per share on revenue of $26,16 billion. The company lowered its full-year revenue outlook to $92,0 billion (from the previous range of $92,0–94,0 billion), and its adjusted earnings per share outlook to $12,25 (versus the prior guidance of $12,25–12,75).
