Samsung Electronics approved a plan to pay shareholders 90 trillion to 110 trillion won ($65.1 billion to $79.52 billion) in dividends for 2026, Bloomberg reported. The company will distribute about half of its free cash flow to shareholders: in the third quarter it plans to pay cash dividends of 30 trillion won and also repurchase shares worth about 15 trillion won to provide employee compensation. Samsung said the final terms for paying the remaining portion of dividends to shareholders will be approved at a board meeting in January.

Carl Icahn cut his active stake in JetBlue Airways Corporation (JBLU) to 3.3% after selling additional shares. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Icahn and related entities said they own 12,528,346 shares of JetBlue, below the 5% threshold, meaning he is no longer subject to reporting requirements under Rule 13d.
