Александр Осин: Ставки банкам диктует инфляция

Банки подняли ставки, страхуясь от ускорения инфляции в начале лета в связи сростом цен на бензин. Кроме того, на рынке возможны опасения по поводу того, что ожидаемое возвращение ФРС к смягчению кредитной политики ослабит спрос на риск. Это, в свою очередь, поддержит инвестиционное качество и доллар и может привести к повышению ставок рублевых долговых инструментов и ускорения ИПЦ РФ.Рост цен на бензин удалось ограничить благодаря заметному укреплению рубля. Сказалось и поведение регуляторов, для которых быстрый разгон инфляции означает необходимость оперативной реализации масштабных защитных мер в отношении экономики, которая, судя по ситуации в кредитной, потребительской и производственной сфере, не готова к значимым ценовым шокам.  По данным Росстата, бензин с конца мая по 17 июня подорожал лишь на 0,5%. На этом фоне годовая инфляция, несмотря на очень низкую расчетную базу прошлого года, сократилась до 4,6%. Теоретически такое развитие событий свидетельствует о возможном возобновлении снижения ставок по вкладам крупнейших кредитных организаций уже через пару месяцев к 7–7,3% годовых. Однако риски связаны с решениями американских финансовых властей. Понижение базовой ставки ФРС в рамках рассмотренного выше механизма будет в той или иной мере работать на ускорение инфляции в РФ и рост внутренних ставок в кратко- или среднесрочном периоде.
