Enfusion определила условия грядущего IPO

Enfusion Inc. установила условия своего первичного публичного размещения акций, в рамках которого компания по разработке программного обеспечения для управления инвестициями из Чикаго может быть оценена в $1,9 млрд. Компания планирует привлечь до $260,49 млн, предложив инвесторам 15,32 млн акций в ходе IPO, цена которого, как ожидается, составит от $15 до $17 за акцию. Акционеры также предложат 3,43 миллиона акций. С учетом того, что после IPO в обращении будут находиться 64,07 млн акций класса A и 48,99 млн акций класса B, ожидаемая цена IPO может оценить Enfusion до $1,92 млрд. Акции компании будут котироваться на NYSE под тикером ENFN.
