Всемирный банк: рост в Восточной Азии и Тихоокеанском регионе замедлится

Темпы роста ВВП в странах Восточной Азии и Тихоокеанского региона составят 6% в 2019 г., что является замедлением по сравнению с ростом на 6,3% в 2018 г. Одной из причин станет более скромный рост в крупнейшей стране региона - Китае.Вместе с этим большинство стран региона смогут сохранить стабильность за счет эффективных политических решений, диверсификации экономики и гибких обменных курсов национальных валют, полагают во Всемирном банке.Позитивными факторами для стран Восточной Азии и Тихоокеанского региона станут снижение неопределенности относительно торговой войны, а также высокий внутренний спрос в большей части стран. Прогнозируется, что устойчивый рост поможет продолжать мероприятия по дальнейшему сокращению бедности. К 2021 г. крайняя нищета в регионе может достичь исторических минимумов и составить менее 3%, прогнозирует Всемирный банк.Рост экономики Китая в 2019 г. и 2020 г. замедлится до 6,2% против роста на 6,6% в 2018 г. Рост в Индонезии и Малайзии, по прогнозам, останется неизменным в 2019 г., в то время как в Таиланде и Вьетнаме может быть ниже, чем в 2018 г. На Филиппинах из-за задержки с утверждением государственного бюджета 2019 г. рост ВВП может быть ниже уровня 2018 г., но аналитики ожидают восстановления в 2020 г.Рисками для стран Восточной Азии и Тихоокеанского региона остается замедление в развитых странах и не до конца урегулированная торговая напряженность. Таким образом, по мнению Всемирного банка, странам региона надо быть готовыми к волатильности курсов местных валют, что, вероятно, приведет к корректированию национальных денежно-валютных политик и некоторому оттоку капитала. На этом фоне важнейшее значение приобретает продолжение структурных реформ, включая повышение производительности, конкурентоспособности, создание лучших возможностей для частного сектора.
