When the withdrawal takes place
Important! The first withdrawal of funds is carried out immediately after auto top-up is successfully enabled.
Subsequent operations are carried out automatically depending on the selected frequency:
- for weekly top-ups — every Monday;
- for monthly top-ups — on the 1st day of each month.
The withdrawal date is determined automatically depending on the selected frequency and cannot be changed by the user.
If the withdrawal fails
If there are insufficient funds on the bank card, the card has expired, or the operation is declined by the bank, the payment system, or the acquirer, the withdrawal will not be carried out on the scheduled date.
If the withdrawal is not carried out, the system will automatically retry it once a day until it is successfully completed or until the client cancels the auto top-up.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, the client receives a push notification in the mobile app.
Viewing and disabling auto top-up
Information about active auto top-ups is available in the "Regular Investments" section.
It is not possible to change the parameters of an active auto top-up. To change the amount, currency, frequency, or bank card, you need to disable the current auto top-up and create a new one.
The client may disable auto top-up at any time.
