Card deposit in the Freedom Broker trading platform
You may deposit your account in the Freedom Broker trading platform in two ways: in the mobile application or in the web version.
Deposit your account in the mobile application
- Log in to the Freedom Broker mobile app;
- Go to the "Menu" section, "Add Money" tab;
- Select "New Card" in "Top up with Card" section;
- Enter the amount and click "Add Money";
- Enter your bank card* details and click "Pay".
Deposit your account in the web version of the platform
- Log in to the web version of the Freedom Broker trading platform;
- In the upper right corner, click the "Add Money" button;
- In the appeared window fill in the bank card details and the replenishment amount;
- Click "Pay".
*Transfers are accepted from non-sanctioned banks.
*It is not possible to top up your brokerage account with third parties.
The minimum amount to top up via this method is KZT 500 or $1.
The estimated time for funds to be credited is up to 5 business days. If funds have not been credited after this period, please contact support team and attach the payment order.
