Freedom Finance Global PLC clients with a portfolio of at least $5,000 are automatically enrolled in the Freedom Broker Loyalty Program. This article explains all about the program levels and available privileges.

How Is the Level Calculated?
The level is updated at the beginning of each month and depends on the average monthly asset balance for the previous month.
The average monthly balance is calculated as the sum of assets for each day of the month divided by the number of days.
Nomad Points: How They Work
Eligible:
Silver level clients and above (portfolio from $5,000)
What they are awarded for:
Only Buy/Long securities transactions:
• Stocks
• Bonds
• Options
Limit:
Up to 20,000 points per month
Awarded:
By the 5th of the following month
Accounted for:
To your Nomad Club (Air Astana) card
What you can spend them on:
• Airfare
• Upgrades
• Seat selection
• Additional airline services
How to Start Earning Nomad Points?
1) Reach Silver level or higher (top up the brokerage account with at least $5,000)
2) Link your Nomad Club card on the Freedom Broker website
3) Provide your brokerage account number
Points will not be awarded if your card is not linked.
Why points may not be awarded?
• Level below Silver (account balance less than $5,000)
• Nomad Club card not linked or entered incorrectly
• Only securities sales (no purchases) were made
• The monthly limit of 20,000 points is reached
• Technical reasons
VIP Lounge and Meet & Assist (Almaty)
Available only for Priority level (portfolio from $300,000).
Includes:
• Access to the Extime VIP Lounge (departures, Terminal 2)
• Meet & Assist (arrivals)
Limit:
Once per month (per person)
How to use:
1. Complete the form on the Freedom Broker website
2. Indicate:
• Phone number
• Brokerage account
• Flight and date
3. Confirm request via SMS
4. Wait for confirmation
Access is not possible without a confirmed request.
Compensation in Yandex Go
Available only for Priority level (portfolio over $300 000).
Limit:
Up to KZT 20,000 per month
What is covered:
• Taxi rides in Kazakhstan
• Only through a Freedom Broker business account
How to enable:
1) Open Yandex Go
2) Go to Payment Methods
3) Select Freedom Broker
The phone number must be linked to the brokerage account
Priority Program
Clients with assets over $300 000 are entitled to:
• A personal manager;
• Maximum award of Nomad Points;
• VIP Lounge and Meet & Assist services;
• Yandex Go compensation;
• invitations to exclusive events.
After enabling, a manager contacts the client and helps activate services.
Privilege Duration
Privileges are reviewed monthly and depend on the current level.
If assets decrease or increase, the membership level may be changed.
