Clients of Freedom Finance Global PLC can transfer funds from their brokerage account to a crypto wallet. When transferring, fiat currency is automatically converted to cryptocurrency and sent to the client's specified crypto wallet - either a personal (cold) wallet or an exchange (hot) wallet.
The service is available to both individual and corporate clients of the broker, including residents and non‑residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Clients may be classified as either retail or qualified investors.
Important! To transfer funds to a personal wallet, you should complete the address verification procedure, the Satoshi Test. To do this, the client transfers a small amount from their wallet to the brokerage account and confirms ownership of the address. To pass the Satoshi Test, go to the Top Up with Digital Assets service, select the desired currency, and get an address to top up (copy the address or scan the QR code). Then, send the amount specified in the Satoshi Test notification to this address. You must send from the wallet to which you plan to withdraw funds.
How to Transfer
You can transfer funds in the Freedom Broker mobile app or web version.

Important! To access the service, you should first pass the investment experience test.

Fees
The transaction fee is 3% of the transferred cryptocurrency amount and is withheld by the counterparty, Wallet Solutions OU.
Minimum Transfer Amount
Depends on the selected cryptocurrency:
- 10 USDC
- 10 USDT
- 0.00001 BTC
- 0.001 ETH
- 0.01 BNB
- 10 TRX
Important! Transfers are only possible if there are available funds in the account. Funds involved in margin obligations cannot be transferred.

Funds can be transfered from the brokerage account in USD, KZT, RUB, EUR, CNY or AED. They will then be automatically converted and transferred in one of the following cryptocurrencies:

Regulation
All transactions are subject to financial monitoring requirements, including AML, KYC, and Travel Rule. If funds have not credited to your wallet after processing a transfer, we recommend contacting the broker's support team.
