DPC Holdings Limited (DPC), operating under the Doncasters Group brand, will conduct its initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange on June 25. The company plans to price its shares in the range of $28–32 per share, raise approximately $700 million in gross proceeds, and achieve an implied valuation of $4.154 billion. The deal is being underwritten by Jefferies Financial Group (JEF), Morgan Stanley (MS), Barclays (BCS), Moelis & Company (MC), RBC Capital Markets, and Rothschild.
DPC Holdings is an independent manufacturer of components and nickel‑ and cobalt‑based super alloys for aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines. The company produces turbine blades and vanes, structural castings, and turbocharger wheels designed to operate under extreme temperature and pressure conditions. With a heritage dating back to 1778, the Holding operates 14 manufacturing facilities across North America, the UK, Europe, and Asia.
According to Freedom Broker analysts, the IPO is being launched amid sustained demand for products in the aerospace and gas turbine sectors. DPC Holdings’ client roster includes leading global engine and power equipment manufacturers such as GE Aerospace (GE), Honeywell International (HON), Pratt & Whitney (a division of RTX Corporation, RTX), Rolls‑Royce Holdings, Safran, GE Vernova (GEV), and Siemens Energy. The majority of the company’s output is deployed in commercial aviation, defense, and the industrial gas turbine segment.
Freedom Broker analysts note that DPC Holdings possesses unique engineering, chemical, and metallurgical competencies, and its products are integrated into most major commercial aircraft programs and large‑scale gas turbine platforms. In the experts’ view, the plans of major engine manufacturers to ramp up production in line with the recovery and growth of global air traffic create favorable conditions for the company’s continued expansion.
