Singapore-based data center operator DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is planning an initial public offering (IPO) on a U.S. exchange as early as next quarter, anonymous sources told Reuters. According to them, the company is considering raising about $5 bn in the IPO. Previously, Bloomberg News reported that DayOne could seek a valuation of about $20 млрд по following the offering. Since its founding in 2022, DayOne has secured more than 1.5 GW of capacity across the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.
