Глава Aramco предупреждает, что мировые запасы нефти «пугающе низки»

В понедельник генеральный директор Saudi Aramco Амин Нассер предупредил, что мировые запасы нефти сократились до «пугающе низкого» уровня, а рынки будут оставаться под давлением до тех пор, пока не возобновится полноценное движение через Ормузский пролив. При этом он добавил, что «на восстановление запасов при одновременном удовлетворении спроса может уйти до двух лет». 

Выступая на форуме Energy Intelligence в Лондоне, Нассер заявил, что продолжающийся уже семь месяцев конфликт с участием США, Израиля и Ирана привел к сокращению поставок нефти из региона почти на 3 млрд баррелей, а для компенсации этого дефицита было использовано более 1 млрд баррелей из резервов. По его оценкам, объем коммерческих запасов составляет менее 6 млрд баррелей, причем значительная их часть практически недоступна для использования. 

Планируемый выпуск на рынок до 100 млн баррелей нефти и дизельного топлива из чрезвычайных резервов принесет лишь временное облегчение, отметил он. Тем временем производители из стран Персидского залива нарастили экспорт: по данным аналитической компании Kpler, в прошлом месяце объем поставок достиг 15,5 млн баррелей в сутки.
