A cryptocurrency account is available to individual and legal entity clients of Freedom Finance Global PLC, including residents and non‑residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Both retail and qualified investors may open such account.
This account allows clients to store digital assets, trade digital assets, top up the account with them, and withdraw them to crypto wallets.
Restriction: trading in securities is not permitted on a cryptocurrency account.
How to Open a Cryptocurrency Account:
- In the mobile app: "Crypto" section → "Open a crypto account" → "Confirm".
- In the web version: "Trading account" → "Account settings" → "Additional account" → "Crypto account" → select a pricing plan → "Confirm".
After opening the account, it will appear in the “Crypto” tab with the prefix “CR”

Clients must complete an investment experience test when opening a cryptocurrency account.
