Clients of Freedom Finance Global PLC may transfer funds from their brokerage account to a crypto wallet. When the transfer is arranged, the currency is sent to the client’s specified crypto wallet — either a personal (cold) wallet or an exchange (hot) wallet.

Important! Wallet Address Verification Procedure
To transfer digital assets to a personal wallet, clients must complete a wallet address verification procedure (Satoshi Test). This involves sending a small amount from their wallet to the brokerage account to confirm ownership to the address.
To complete the Satoshi Test: go to the “Top Up with Digital Assets” service, select the required currency and obtain the top up address (copy it or scan the QR code). Send the amount specified in the Satoshi Test notification to this address.
The funds must be sent from the exact wallet to which you plan to transfer digital assets in the future.
How to transfer digital assets
You can arrange a transfer in the Freedom Broker mobile app or web version.
- In the Freedom Broker mobile app: Menu → Transfer of Funds → To Crypto Wallet.
- In the web version: Transfer of Funds → To Crypto Wallet.
Fees
- Transfer of digital assets to a crypto wallet
When digital assets are transferred directly to an external crypto wallet, no transaction fee is charged - Transfer with conversion into digital assets
When funds are transferred with conversion of fiat currency into digital assets, the transaction fee is 3% of the transfer amount and is withheld by the counterparty.

Regulatory Requirements
All transactions are subject to financial monitoring checks in accordance with applicable requirements, including AML, KYT, and the Travel Rule. If the funds do not arrive in the wallet after the transfer is arranged, please contact the support service.
