What is the Statement of Accession to the Brokerage Services Regulations?
It is the official document that the client signs to start using the brokerage services of Freedom Finance Global PLC.
When opening an account in the Freedom Broker mobile application, the statement is automatically filled in with the client's data. The document may be signed online using an SMS code.
By signing the statement, the user:
- confirms that he/she has read and understood the rules and conditions for the provision of brokerage services;
- accepts all provisions of the Regulations and undertakes to comply with them;
- agrees with the terms of payment of commissions and tariffs;
- is aware of the risks associated with the transactions in the securities market;
- gives consent to the processing and transfer of his/her personal data;
- instructs the Company to open a personal brokerage account.
