Data-center infrastructure manufacturer Accelevation Holdings Corp. plans to raise $660 mln in an initial public offering on Nasdaq. The company’s investment case is built around the growth of computing capacity for artificial intelligence and cloud services: Accelevation’s revenue increased by 147% in 2025, and its order backlog as of June 30, 2026 reached about $1.1 bln.

What Accelevation does
Accelevation designs, manufactures, and installs equipment for power distribution and interior fit-out of data centers. The company serves operators of hyperscale data centers, cloud platforms, artificial intelligence systems, and colocation centers that provide clients with space to house server equipment.
Accelevation’s product line includes cable entries, remote power panels, power distribution units, monitoring systems, TechFrame steel structures, cable trays, server racks, and cabinets. The company also produces airflow management systems and solutions designed for the use of liquid cooling. Revenue is generated from equipment sales, installation, and the provision of services directly at customers’ sites.
Trading in Accelevation shares is expected to begin on September 30. The company plans to offer 30 mln shares priced at $20 to $24. At the midpoint of the range, $22, the IPO size will be $660 mln and the market capitalization $4.919 bln. The company will list under the ticker ACCV.
A bet on accelerated data-center construction
A key driver of Accelevation’s investment appeal is the growing need for data-center infrastructure. The company’s addressable market for related equipment and services was $22.0 bln in 2025. By 2030, it could increase to about $80 bln, implying a compound annual growth rate of around 30%.
Against this backdrop, Accelevation increased revenue by 147% from 2024 to 2025. The company’s order backlog as of June 30, 2026 was about $1.1 bln. The materials provided do not disclose the absolute figures for revenue and net profit for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026.
A single platform instead of multiple contractors
Accelevation relies on a vertically integrated Design. Manufacture. Install model—“design, manufacture, and installation.” The company takes responsibility for engineering design, equipment fabrication, electrical work, installation, and project coordination.
This approach is intended to reduce the number of contractors, simplify construction management, and speed up the commissioning of computing capacity. This is especially important for artificial intelligence infrastructure, where server-rack power consumption, cooling requirements, and the complexity of integrating electrical, thermal, and structural systems simultaneously are increasing.
In 2026, Accelevation introduced the modular SkyBridge platform, which combines structures, power distribution, cooling, airflow isolation, and cable systems. The equipment is pre-assembled at the factory, helping to reduce the amount of work required directly at the customer’s site.
The company is expanding production capacity
Accelevation was founded in 2017 by Michael and Sean Rubiera as a manufacturing company in Ohio. In 2021–2022, it entered the market for mission-critical infrastructure, launching the production of airflow isolation systems for data centers. The company then expanded its business with steel structures, power distribution equipment, and field installation services.
In 2025, Accelevation opened a 264-thousand-square-foot manufacturing facility in Dayton, Ohio. In 2026, the site was expanded with a second building of about 284 thousand square feet.
The company now operates facilities totaling approximately 1.5 mln square feet in the U.S., including more than 1.1 mln square feet of manufacturing space. The capacity expansion should allow Accelevation to fulfill larger orders and respond more quickly to growing needs of data-center operators.
This is not an individual investment recommendation.
