If you are not required to file Form 250 (Return of Assets and Liabilities of an Individual), then you need to reflect your foreign assets, including securities, in the Individual Income Tax Return (Form 270). The obligation to file the tax form 250 arises, for example, for public officers, employees of the quasi-public sector and their spouses.
