From January 01, 2024, customers of Freedom Finance Global PLC (hereinafter – FFG or the Company) who trade on the KASE stock exchange will be re-billed for payment of the commission for depository services (custody) of securities in the Central Depository (hereinafter - the KCSD).
- This commission is charged by the KCSD Central Securities Depository (one of several FFG depositories) for storing customers’ securities in a general account based on the tariff policy.
- The company, in turn, recharges the commission to the customers in proportion to their balances on securities held in an account with KCSD based on the current version of Annex 3 of the Regulations for the provision of brokerage (agency) services on the Securities Market (Regulation) (clauses A, B), which provides for the customer’s obligation to compensate FFG commissions of third parties, including costs for depositary services, which the company bears when providing brokerage services.
How is the commission accrued
- The commission will be debited monthly at the beginning of the next month for services provided in the previous month (for example, in April for March).
- The commission (for January, February and March 2025) will be accrued in April 2025 and will appear on your brokerage report. Further, the commission will be billed and debited monthly.
Important! The commission is set by the Central Depository and is calculated individually for each investor.
