The Student Tariff is a special preferential tariff plan for students, provided under the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and the Program (hereinafter referred to as the Tariff).

The Tariff is available to clients of Freedom Finance Global PLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) who are at least 18 years old, are legally capable individuals and have student status at a higher education institution.
To subscribe to the Tariff, the client must meet the applicable requirements and provide a Document Confirming Enrollment.
- How Long Is the Promotion Valid?
The Tariff is offered as part of the Promotion for an indefinite period, until the Company makes a separate decision to terminate the Promotion.
If the Tariff is assigned to a client while the Promotion is in effect, it will remain applicable for 365 calendar days from the date of assignment, regardless of the date on which the Promotion is terminated.
- I Don’t Have a Brokerage Account Yet. What Should I Do?
To subscribe to the Tariff, the client must have a brokerage account opened with the Company before the Tariff is assigned.
A brokerage account can be opened online through the mobile application.
Once the brokerage account has been opened, the client can submit an application to subscribe to the Tariff.
- How Do I Subscribe to the Tariff?
To subscribe to the Tariff, you must submit an application:
- Go to the Tariff subscription page on the Freedom Broker Website: fbroker.kz
- Open “Products and Services” → “Products” → “Student Tariff.”
- Alternatively, go directly to the Tariff page at: fbroker.kz/student
- Complete the application by providing your brokerage account number and mobile phone number
- Attach a Document Confirming Student Status in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
- Enter the OTP code sent by the Company to your mobile phone. Wait for your application to be reviewed.
- What Document Do I Need to Provide?
You need to provide a Document Confirming Student Status issued or generated by a higher education institution and confirming the Client’s enrollment and/or attendance.
The Document Confirming Student Status must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
The Client’s full name (including patronymic, if applicable) stated in the Document Confirming Student Status must match the details of the brokerage account holder.
- What Fees Apply Under the Tariff?
The following rates apply to transactions executed pursuant to trading orders:
- KASE and AIX — 0.07% of the transaction amount, including transactions conducted as part of IPOs.
- International markets, except ITS — 0.1% of the transaction amount + $0.012 per security + $1.20 per order, whether fully or partially executed.
- ITS — 0.1% of the transaction amount, subject to a minimum of $0.01 + $0.012 per security.
- Options — $10 per trade + $3 per contract.
- Are All Fees Included in the Tariff Terms?
No. Fees that are not specifically provided for under the Student Tariff shall apply in accordance with the rates for the respective fees under the Investor Tariff, as set forth in Annex No. 3 to the Regulations.
- How Long Is the Tariff Available?
The Tariff is valid for 365 calendar days from the date it is assigned to the Client.
- Can I Subscribe to the Tariff Again?
No. The Tariff may be assigned to a Client only once and applies to only one brokerage account.
If the Client voluntarily switches from the Tariff to another tariff plan, the Client will no longer be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- What Happens After the Tariff Expires?
Upon expiry of the 365-calendar-day period, the Client will be automatically transferred to the Investor Tariff.
The transfer to the Investor Tariff will be completed within 3 business days from the date the Student Tariff expires.
- What Should I Do If I Am No Longer a Student?
The Client must notify the Company of the loss of student status within 15 calendar days from the date on which the Client became aware, or should have become aware, of the loss of such status.
The notification must be submitted through the support request system in the Tradernet personal account. If the personal account is technically unavailable, the notification must be sent to the Company’s email address specified on its official website.
- What Happens After I Lose My Student Status?
The Company may terminate the application of the Student Tariff and transfer the Client to the Investor Tariff.
The Company reserves the right to verify the Client’s student status at any time.
- Does the Company Verify the Document Confirming Student Status?
Yes. The Company has the right to verify the Document Confirming Student Status provided by the Client and the Client’s compliance with the Tariff requirements both before and after the Tariff is assigned.
The Company performs a visual review of the Document Confirming Student Status and the information contained therein. The Company does not conduct an authenticity verification or examination of the Document Confirming Student Status. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the Document Confirming Student Status and the information provided.
If the Company identifies any non-compliance with the applicable requirements or inaccuracies in the Document Confirming Student Status, it may terminate the application of the Tariff and transfer the Client to the Investor Tariff.
- Can the Company Refuse to Assign the Tariff?
Yes. The Company may refuse to assign the Tariff if the Client does not meet the applicable requirements, fails to provide a Document Confirming Student Status, provides a document that does not meet the applicable requirements, or provides a document containing information that does not match the Client’s details.
- How Long Does It Take to Activate the Tariff?
The application review period is 2 business days from the date the OTP code is entered.
If the Document Confirming Student Status is successfully reviewed and the Client meets the applicable requirements, the Company will assign the Tariff for 365 calendar days.
- Are There Any Restrictions on the Size of the Investment Portfolio?
No. There are no restrictions on portfolio size.
The Tariff may be used regardless of the amount of funds or the value of assets held in the brokerage account.
- Do I Have to Be a Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan?
No. The Program does not impose any citizenship requirements on the Client. To participate, the Client must meet the applicable Tariff requirements and provide a Document Confirming Student Status.
- Can I Subscribe to the Tariff If I Study at a Foreign University?
Yes. The Tariff is available to Clients who have student status at a higher education institution in Kazakhstan or another country. The key requirement is to provide a Document Confirming Enrollment and/or Attendance at the relevant higher education institution.
