How to read the Broker Report?

The Broker Report contains information on completed transactions, cash movements, commissions, corporate actions, and financial result for the selected period. Certain figures may reflect planned movements and planned balances for trades whose settlement has not yet completed.


How to find what you need quickly


  • Composition and valuation of financial instrument positions → “Securities”;
  • Financial result on closed transactions → “Securities transactions”;
  • Dividends and other corporate actions → “Corporate actions”;
  • Commissions withheld → “Commissions”;
  • Deposits and transfers of cash funds → “Cash deposits/withdrawals”;
  • Change in cash funds → “Cash Flow”;
  • Planned balances at period end → “Ending balance”;
  • History of financial instrument movements → “Securities Flow”.

Account details

Contains the client's key account details: account type, client data, service plan, and other service parameters.

Beginning balance​

Reflects the state of the portfolio at the start of the reporting period under the Broker Report's logic.

Ending balance​

Reflects the state of the portfolio at the end of the reporting period under the Broker Report's logic. Figures may include planned movements and obligations for trades whose settlement has not yet completed.

Securities
​
Despite the section's system name, it contains data on the financial instruments in the client's accounts: identifiers, asset type, quantity, currency, and valuation.

Cash deposits/withdrawals

Reflects account funding and outgoing transfer transactions for the selected period.

Securities deposits/withdrawals/conversions​

A system section for deposit/withdrawal transactions involving financial instruments without an exchange trade.
​
Securities transactions​

Contains information on transactions in financial instruments: transaction type, quantity, price, amount, commission, trade and settlement dates, and, where applicable, the financial result on closed positions.
​
Commissions​

Contains a breakdown of commissions by transaction and the total amount for the reporting period.
​
Corporate actions
​
Reflects dividends, splits, conversions, redemptions, and other events involving financial instruments, where applicable.

Cash Flow​

Reflects the change in cash funds on the trading account: trades, commissions, deposits/transfers, and other movements.

Cash Flow (Non-Trading Accounts)​

Reflects cash transactions on non-trading accounts/sections.

Securities Flow​

A system section reflecting the change in the quantity of financial instruments on the trading account.

Reflects the movement of financial instruments on non-trading accounts/sections.
