The Trade Register includes only those trading orders that were submitted to the broker through a communication channel requiring subsequent confirmation.
If an order has already been confirmed using the prescribed method, it does not need to be confirmed again through the Register.
Why Might an Order Not Appear in the Register?
An order may not appear in the Register available for signing if:
- it has already been confirmed;
- it has been cancelled;
- it does not meet the criteria for inclusion in the Register.
Once the Register is signed, the orders included in it are considered confirmed. They will not be included in subsequent Registers for reconfirmation.
Does the Trade Register Include Only Executed Orders?
No. The Register may include both executed and unexecuted orders, provided they require confirmation.
Whether an order has been executed is not a criterion for its inclusion in the Register. The Register confirms that the order was submitted to the broker. To check whether an order was executed, refer to the Broker Report or transaction history.
