What Does the Communication Channel Indicate?
It indicates how the client submitted the order to the broker, for example, by phone or email.
Under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, brokers are required to maintain a register of orders submitted through alternative communication channels, specifying the type of communication used.
The communication channel does not indicate the status of an order or trade. The value in column “K” cannot be used to determine whether an order was executed or cancelled.
What Does a Blank Value in Column “K” Mean?
A blank field means that the communication channel for the order has not been specified or recognised by the system.
A blank field does not indicate whether the order was executed or cancelled.
Does the Communication Channel Affect Order Execution?
No. The codes C, E and T indicate only how an order was submitted to the broker, not its status or execution result.
For example, E means that the broker received the order by email. To check the execution result, refer to the Broker Report or transaction history.
