The Trade Register is a list of trading orders that you have submitted to the broker through alternative communication channels, such as by phone, email, or other methods provided for by the broker.
Such orders require subsequent confirmation by the client or their authorised representative.
Why Do I Need to Sign the Trade Register?
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the broker records such orders in the Client Order Register. At the end of each reporting month, the client or their authorised representative confirms the Register. Signing the Register confirms that the orders listed in it were submitted to the broker through the relevant communication channels.
Important: Signing the Register confirms that an order was submitted to the broker, but does not mean that the corresponding trade was executed.
What Information Is Displayed in the Register?
The following key details are displayed for each order:
- Order number;
- Order date;
- Transaction (e.g. buy or sell);
- Order type (e.g. limit order);
- Ticker (the symbol identifying the financial instrument);
- Quantity;
- Currency;
- Limit price;
- Stop price (if applicable);
- Order validity period;
- C (the communication channel through which the order was submitted to the broker).
For more information about communication channel codes, see the article “What Do C, E and T Mean in the Trade Register?”
Important: The presence of an order in the Register does not mean that the trade was executed. The Register confirms the fact that the order was submitted to the broker and records its details. To check the execution result, refer to the Broker Report or transaction history.
