Where can I see my trades?
Information on trades in financial instruments is in the “Securities transactions” section of the Broker Report. The section name is given as it appears as the system name in the Report.
Why does the price in the Report differ from the current market price?
The Report shows the execution price of a specific trade. The current market price changes after the trade is made and may therefore differ.
Where can I see commissions?
Commissions withheld are shown in the “Commissions” section of the Broker Report. Each entry may show the date, a description of the commission, the amount, and the currency.
How are commissions calculated?
The commission amount is determined by the applicable service plan, the market, the type of financial instrument, the type of transaction, and other terms of the Company's tariffs. The applicable service plan is shown in the “Account details” section.
What does netting of trades and commissions mean?
This feature presents related trade and commission entries in a more aggregated form. It affects how the information is presented but does not change the economic result of the transaction, the totals, or the balances.
When should I use netting?
Netting is convenient for a compact overview. For a detailed reconciliation of transactions, analysis of individual commissions, or accounting/audit procedures, it is recommended to use the Report without netting.
