If you have multiple accounts with Freedom Broker, you may switch between them in the Freedom Broker platform.
For example, you want to fund your trading account and start trading. You have money on an INVEST CARD linked to your brokerage account. To transfer the money, you need to switch to the savings account D7***** in the Freedom Broker app and send the money to the trading account 7*****.
How to switch between the accounts?
1. Log in to the mobile app of the Freedom Broker platform.
2. Enter «Menu» and click on «Account 7*****» above your name.
3. Select the required account you want to switch to.
If the “Selection of account” option is not displayed in the mobile app, try the following steps:
1. Log out of your account in the app by tapping «Menu → Settings → Log Out».
2. Close the app completely. Note: Make sure it is not running in the background.
3. Open the app again.
4. Log in to your account.
If the “Selection of account” option is still not displayed after following these steps, please contact customer support for assistance.
