If you need additional documents related to your Global brokerage account (hard copies or certified by the Company’s seal), you can submit an order for such documents in your personal account.
Types of documents available to request:
• Certified copy of the application for accession
1. To request for documents, log into the Freedom Broker platform using your preferred method:
• in the Freedom Broker mobile app → "Menu" → "Requests" → "Account Settings" → "Order of documents" request.
• in the website of Freedom Broker → "Member Area" → "Requests" → "Account Settings" → "Order of documents" order.
2. Select the document type and specify the delivery method.
3. Click on "Confirm" and submit the order.
Once the documents are ready, they will be sent according to your specified delivery method.
Important! Before submitting an order, you must indicate a current postal address in your personal data.
