Confirmation of the source of funds

According to the requirements of the AML/CFT legislation, in the event of exceeding the limit, it is necessary to provide supporting documents on the source of origin of funds for the transaction being carried out.


If you are replenishing your account with an amount exceeding the current limit, upload scanned documents confirming the source of funds. These are one or more of the following documents:


Examples of suitable documents:

  • Certificate of salary with confirmation of payments;
  • Statements on investment income with confirmation of income;
  • Tax returns, other types of tax and audit reports;
  • Purchase and sale agreements;
  • Loan and donation agreements with confirmation of receipt of funds;
  • Inheritance documents with confirmation of receipt of funds;
  • Certificates and statements on receipt of insurance payments, alimony, benefits with confirmation of payments.


The following are not confirmation of the source of funds:

  • Bank statements, including from a depository account, without disclosing the source of origin of funds in the account;
  • Brokerage statement without disclosing the source of origin of funds in the account;
  • Real estate purchase and sale agreements without disclosing the source of origin of funds for the acquisition of this real estate;
  • Incomplete set of documents confirming the source of funds, posted in the “Read more” tab.


The company has the right to request additional documents.
